Shipping: Getting Your Armor to You
How long does shipping take? We know you’re ready to make your mark. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order? As soon as your LIPSTX are on their way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use it to follow your package from our door to yours.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to [Insert Countries, e.g., the US and Canada]. We’re working on bringing LIPSTX to the rest of the world soon—stay tuned!
My tracking says "Delivered," but my package isn't here. Sometimes carriers get a little ahead of themselves. Wait 24 hours to see if it shows up. If it’s still missing, reach out to the carrier directly or contact us at [Insert Email], and we’ll help you investigate.
Returns & Exchanges: Our Policy
What is your return policy? Because our products are used on your beautiful face, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lipsticks for hygiene and safety reasons. We want every customer to receive a fresh, untouched product.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect? If your lipstick arrives broken or you received the wrong shade, we’ve got you. Please email us at [Insert Email] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will send out a replacement immediately—no extra cost to you.
Can I cancel my order? We move fast to get your orders out. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it’s likely already in the hands of our fulfillment team.
Product & Shades
The color looks different than it did on my screen. We do our best to show shades accurately, but every screen (and every lip's natural pigment) is a little different. If you’re unsure, check out our tagged photos on social media to see the shades on different skin tones!
